Our parent company have served over 110,000 cruise customers during 19 years of best-in-class service. We've over 150 years of travel experience between us, and best of all, we're all cruisers ourselves, so we get it. Discount Cruises was created to provide savvy customers with lower rates online, benefiting from relationships with some of the best-known cruise lines in the world. The offer to our community is pretty simple - we'll show you same great cruises you'll see elsewhere, just cheaper and bookable online.

Why are your prices cheaper than other travel agents?

Our discounts are made possible by limiting the level of support before you book as you do the research yourself online using our website. If you don't need to speak with a sales representative our costs are lower, which we pass onto you as a discount. Plus, over the years we've built strong relationships with our cruise line partners, meaning we get access to the strongest commercial terms, meaning we can pass on great savings to our customers.

Is there a real person I can speak to if I really need to?

Yes, of course, but we'll do we everything we can to help you via our chat facility, email and FAQ section first though. We're real people and we understand that some issues need a good old fashioned phone call, so if you're at that point, just let us have your phone number and one of the team will give you a call at a convenient time.
